H.E. Zoran Popov
Ambassador of the Republic of North Macedonia to the US
Ambassador Zoran Popov MA is a senior member of the Foreign Service, spending most of his carrier in the European Union Directorate at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, taking active part in the drafting of vital documents in the European integration process of the Republic of North Macedonia, as well as the country’s process of visa liberalization with the European Union.
He served most recently as a State Secretary at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs, from 2019 to 2022. In August 2022 he was appointed Ambassador of the Republic of North Macedonia to the United States of America.
