Alexandre ADAM is a member of the French Council of State. He was previously Europe advisor to the President of the French Republic Emmanuel Macron. He has served in the Legal Affairs Department of the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs, at the Permanent Representation of France to the European Union in Brussels and at the French Embassy in Berlin.
